Orders & Returns

Receiving something from us?

When you order products from us, we ask you to include an email address where we can send confirmations for your transaction, as well as any delivery and tracking information via USPS, FedEx or UPS that may pertain to your order. We’ll include your order number at the top of your confirmation email.

The same goes for orders you make through our Sticker Store. Downloadable content you have purchased from us will be bundled together in an email confirmation and will share an order number at the top. Please do not lose this order number, as we will likely ask you for it if you contact us about your purchases. If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your junk mail folder to make sure it was not misplaced.

Delivery Policy

Usually, we ship products within 1 to 3 days after your order is placed.

Refunds?

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns for refund must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us at support@talelight.tech to let us know your are returning your for refund.

For product refunds, you’ll need to include the following in your package for us to be able to process it.

  • The original, undamaged product in its original packaging

  • Any accessories that were included in the original packaging

Partial returns cannot be received and will be returned to the address listed on the parcel.

Repairs?

Sorry for the hassle! For warranty repairs, please return the malfunctioning Talelight display and we will either repair it, or replace it with a functioning unit.   

If you are returning a Talelight for repairs, we ask that you make sure that the Talelight you are returning is still under warranty and that its serial number is still visible on the back. All returns should be postmarked as follows:
